I think this is related to the initiative which SO or the 2 Out Of 3 mentioned in a podcast a while back, regarding a forum specifically reserved for special contributions from conspiracy researchers who have had their works published before.

I could be wrong.

Cool. It looks like ATS is really trying to appeal to every one. Skunk Works, Freshman's Forum, and now the other end of the spectrum, Conspiracy Masters.
