Edit setting won't let me edit

I took this screen shot, everytime I go to change my avatar, it jumps right to the part where it says your setting have been updated when it hasn't.

I'm trying to put an avatar in because the one I used didn't work so there is an x there.

So how can I fix this or you, because I click on edit in the settings area and it won't take me to the page where i can 'edit' it jumps right to the page below.

Can you post a link to your new avatar in this thread please?

EDIT: btw- Marijuana avatars aren't really appropriate on ATS.

Taking that link from your avvy, it directs you to an entire page, not just the avvy. So, that must be part of the problem.
Also, you probably should download your avvy to ATS or something like photobucket.
And, like KL said, avvies with illegal drug content shouldn't be used.
