basicly right. one could call it true communism but with a goverment.

Not necessarily. True socialism, or Libertarian-Socialism, comes without gover
nment.
Many of us believe socialism is impossible while maintaining a governmental overlord. Socialism will only be possible with control from the bottom
up, as apposed to the top down. This will take away the chance for elites to form and monopolise the economy and means of production.
We need to do away with private control of resources, and put it in the hands of all of us as a community. Collectives instead of monopolies.
And of course no Arnold is not a socialist. Maybe a 'National-Socialist', but don't let the term socialist there confuse you, it's not socialism
it's fascism.
Anything that comes with an overbearing authority, military or otherwise is not socialist. Just like the USSR was not socialist, or communist, it was
a dictatorship.
You've got to realise the the powers that be have, over the years, confused terms to confuse you. The reason Hitler used the term 'socialist' in
his party name was to confuse the left into believing he was for the workers. But what did he do? He sent the workers to war to expand his powers.
So first rule, never trust a politician, they lie.
Just like in the USA with the right (which the Nazis were btw), trying to tell you they're for Christianity and family values. When in reality they
are about corporate growth and monopolisation of the control of resources. Which they do at any expense, i.e. invading countries like Poland, and
Iraq.
