Yes, points transfers would be fun, and maybe some cool ATS logo's for those involved in projects, kinda like the RATS logo.

but then, im worried if that might cause the website to go extinct
a program based version of all this is too much hassle...so why bother
it's amazing as it is

CTS = Core top secret?
Maybe we should start an A-B-C/TS (lol, that's kind of funny) word coining thread where we create words *cough*manwife*cough*
Lol, J/K
But I would like to see an A-B-C/TS main page, and a really cool one at that. With flash intros and shiny bright colored stuff. (everyone likes shiny
bright colored stuff) The top of the page would be ATS, the center CTS, and bottom BTS.
Just some thoughts...

I think a very cool addition to this site would be a prediction/prophecy tracker. People could post predictions/prophecy for future global events
which could be followed up with as the dates pass to see who is truly able to predict the future. I see and hear so much these days about this
prediction or that prediction but haven't found any good sites that actually monitor or track this in an open and honest fashion.
The tracker could contain the most famous of psychics but also allow us "non-famous" psychics to post our personal predictions for the future. I
wonder if Edgar Cayce was as accurate as they say. Haven't seen any statistics on that one, nor any other famous psychic.
What do you think?

I've spent some time looking at chat alternatives... which is why I rolled my own.
Due to previous attacks and security issues, we needed a chat application that integrated with the ATS member database. There were no Java applets
that could be modified to directly read the ats user data. We will be adding more features to chat in the future, but will likely stay with web/html
based.

I just want to point out some things abotu my suggestions:
My first one prevents the board from being personalized only IF YOU WANT. Like, you buy it as a feature to turn on or off. All this drama, all this
"crap" you see floating around is because we can identify other users. If you remove that ability it's all pure information, the way it should
be.
My second idea creates pressure to make good posts (in ATS). This would up the quality level. of course no one would like it, because it creates
further selection pressure. But its a better alternative than having annoyances build up and being banned.
okay that's it

Put all the pressure & take out all the fun you want at ATS.
Leave BTS alone for those who believe fun + info go together.

how about, Post of the day...
set up some type of system that would choose a post or topic that
was well thought out, received lots of replies and added information
give that person say ahhhhh 10,000 points...
remember, I want more points... I'll need them when
"they" get here.. maybe I can buy my way out of being abducted and probed...

There already is a points-for-replies system, however it does not give you points when you start a thread in the XMB and other non-conspiracy related
fora.

There are many things that could be added to ATS and BTS to make it more fun, more popular and more intense.
1. Regular Contests: Poems and Art (conspiracy related) would be a good start. The best ones could be published.
2. Once the Games come, regular competitions for Chess, Cards or whatever.
3. Councelors and mediaters to help those who have problems at home or here at ATS/BTS. This could be a step taken before banishment. (No Staff
Members)
4. Now that we have ATS and BTS maybe we should have a higher level, Extreme Top Secret. For extremely serious conspiracy discussions.
5. Educational classes: Members could pick a subject that they know and offer a class. Anything from basic studies to how to carve wood to
constitutional rights and psychic developement. In the future offer college courses by Universities. It would be nice to have profession people stop
in and have lectures with Q&A. (it may be better if ATS had sound system so we could listen, instead of read.)

I have offered 40+ suggestions in exactly the right places where they could be read, absorbed and acted upon.
6-7 have been implemented.
I'm not going through the lot again.
But here's three again:
1. Listen to your "customers". Never say you are listening, then fail to listen. Never overpromise and underdeliver. Part of the answer would be
closing loops through feedback and responses on threads like this one.
2. Focus more on motivators that encourage quality, less on bells and whistles. Otherwise this could continue to be a playground for adolescents, with
little constructive in sight, and the model for new posters being contributions that are littered with insults, lack of background information and
fact, and no purpose except dealing with ennui.
3. More importantly: Train the Mods where they need training, so the Terms Of Use are no longer subjective, and clearly understood and implementable.
Also, so that initiatives work smoothly.
* SNAP! *
I love ATS. I will not complain.

I would like to see BTS survivor. I know only forum staff is supposed to run ATS/BTS contests but that would make them unable to compete in the
contest. I think the admins should know everything about it, but I would like to run it so the supermods/mods can compete if they want.
