Is this the place to report a bug?

If I change my timezone in account settings and save, and then go back into account setting the timezone has been randomly set to something else...

Actaully, I've found another thing wrong with the time as well. While actually setting the time works for me, I find that the 'time posted' time is one hour ahead.

ps: the time is about 3 minutes off as well, if you wanna get techincal.
