dg i am in complete agreement with you on everything you just said. I didnt get to read your post on that thread which bums me out..hehe.

Alex made his "analysis" from taking in many different aspects of what he sees and reads and people he has talked to, just like on his first "prediction" before 9-11. I sat and listened to the entire 2hr stream when i got home from work last nite and see no reason what so ever for the trashing. He made an educated guess IMO about what he thinks is gonna happen. What, because he didnt channel it through a devil chicken its useless?? pishaw

if it was another prediction it was more than likely trashed because they didn't feel any proof or evidence was given to back up such a claim.

Odium, i wont get into debating bible code and nostrodamus and all that stuff here but ive been staring at that august 4th thread on the list of hot topics for a couple weeks now, so why wasnt that one trashed long ago. Show me proof of all of those that were complete and utter BS. ive seen 20 threads about predictions in the last few months and none of them came true nor were trashed in mid discussion which was being civil as DG said. I too await an explanation of why. I truly hope it was not a case of AJ hating on a mods part.

Shar, as Odium said, just be patient and await an answer to your complaint. it will come eventually (i hope)

Edit:: Crud, Springer posted while i was typing this up. Thanx for that explanation Springer.

Blackout!

On a conspiracy site, when a thread disappears it's only natural to assume that there's some sinister reason for it.

I mean hey, it's ATS, right? The Government must be trying to suppress Alex Jones!

But no, that's not how it works around here. When we take action, it's always because of a T&C issue.*

And, as demonstrated here, it's okay to ask if you're not sure what's going on.

When something like this happens, please be patient, because sometimes it takes us a while to respond to questions or complaints.

There's a lot to do around here, and we're only human, you know.

* "Check out this link" posts are about one step above spamming ads for cell phone service or viagra. We discourage them and similar posts with this message on every post page, right above the text entry field and below the headline (if present):

MEMBERS: Do not simply post news articles in the forums without comment. If you feel inclined to make the board aware of current events, please post the first paragraph, a link to the entire story, AND your opinion, twist or take on the news item.

It gets ignored frequently.

Sometimes we trash them, sometimes we ask the member to add some comments, sometimes we let them go, but whatever action we take, it's not our fault when a member posts contrary to the rules.
