scars.......

i dunno if this counts but i keep waking up and finding cuts and scars on my person. now i know your gonna say "you probably rolled into a table or a nail." uh no i sleep in a sleeping bag in the middle of my king-sized bed. i have noticed thin cuts on my hands or my shins.....my shins are numb [front, knee to ankle] i got kicked alot in the shins as a kid till i lost feeling. now i am finding spots with feeling. and a few scars near said spots. i dunno it may be nothing. i sleep on my gut, face down. i have woken up a few times sitting in an upright position with my hands on my knees....almost like a doc was checking my spine. like i said i dunno.....

Does your sleeping bag have a zipper? Seems that you move about a lot during the night and you may be scratching yourself against the zipper.

Or...There is a little bug/insect that bunks and nips at you throughout the night and you scratch at it.

Or..you are being abducted-in that case, you might want to post this account in where the specialists are, so that they can help you
