If there's one avatar that's really bugging you, you do have the option to "ignore" that member. After clicking the "ignore" button below their avatar, you will no longer see that members posts (or avatar). I would never do it though, because you might miss some good posts. But the option is there.

Or was that disturbing avatar perhaps mine? If so, too bad because you don't have the option to ignore mods

If it isn't real the CGI and puppet work is astounding. Though I have heard that well paid experts can do this all with Maya.

will i still be able to see " embeded images " within threads if i select lo bandwidth ?

while none actually distrub me , i am no fan of avatars , or as i ussually rudley reffer to them " avatarts "

i want rid of the avatarts , but not so badly that i will forgo being able to see embeddeded thread images
