Cheney Impeachment Headed To House Floor

We gotta chance to dump this guy, he's as bad, if not worse then the prez, the links are provided within this thread to contact your rep -- "we the people" should stand up to these clowns.

A 9 $ trillion deficit and mortgage crisis (30% rise, 1 in 196 homes) is reason enough -- no more war, time to go.

Ummh. Excuse me? Dennis Kucinich???

This guy is a total nut! He wants to ban smoking and reduce voting and drinking ages. He nearly bankrupted Cleveland as mayor, wanted to lay off half of the police and firefighters, and has a dismal record with the military.

With Mayor Kucinich At The Helm, Cleveland Fell Into "Largest Municipal Default Since The Great Depression." "The city was plunged into default when midnight struck ... as Mayor Dennis Kucinich and the Cleveland city council failed to reach agreement on a plan to avert fiscal disaster. ... Cleveland owed six local banks a total of $14 million, and the city treasury another $3.5 million, but could not come up with the cash. It was the largest municipal default since the Great Depression." (Steven P. Rosenfeld, The Associated Press, 12/5/78)

"We cannot hope to end terrorism by killing terrorists."
--On Dennis 4 President website.

"I am running for President of the United States to enable the goddess of peace to encircle within her reach all the children of this country and all the children of the world.
--Speech, Cleveland City Council (13 October 2003)

Of course Dennis would be the one to bring to the floor something so ludicrous! Nancy Pelosi must cringe every time he takes the floor---Oh my God, I hope he doesn't say something stupid THIS time!

I'd bet my horse this attempt to bring up Cheney on impeachment goes NOWHERE fast! Kind of like Mr. Kucinich's attempt at the presidency.

This is the Wizard of Oz!!! IMPEACH HIM NOW!! WHILE WE STILL HAVE TIME TO STOP THE NUCLEAR BUNKER BUSTER BOMBING OF IRAN! Russia has aligned itself with Iran and said it will not allow an attack. Do we really want WWIII with the Soviets and the Middle East? If the whole world turns against us, we cannot hold them off. China and Russia could wipe us off the map...

They might see a need for their own little pre-emptive regime change in the United States.

If "we all" was fact, why would I be backing up my argument with facts and actual quotes from Dennis the Menace himself?
Its a "weird view of reality" to have an opinion that differs from yours? At least I've still got the freedom to say so. Pacifistic wusses like Kucinich, Carter, and most Democrats will be the downfall of this country. What history lessons can you present where being a "Pacifist" won peace with an aggressor? (In this case, being Islamic Radicals)

I quote the moron himself, provide a link, and all you can do is reply with a couple of "your" realities. Who are these "21 others"? I'd like to know.

Kucinich city went bankrupt when he refused to sell out the public utilities to the private enterprises, this would have severely hurt the common people of his city while making money for the rich. The Banking elite struck back by calling in the loans on the city.

When a person is elected who stands against the corporate interest, the corporations will trash economic indicators to make people think the politician is incompetant when actually he just does not funnel money to the rich and give power to the corporations, this is done overseas all the time.

It is money power exerting its influence because the common people just read the headlines, o' and corporations get to chose what headlines are in the news also.

That's not a good idea.

American veterans and whiny, little cowards sharing the same streets?

You should learn some respect for those who served so you could hide under the table and cry.

BREAKING: Wexler Will Urge House Judiciary Committee to 'Schedule Impeachment Hearings Immediately'
www.bradblog.com...

Wexler is calling for the committee "to schedule impeachment hearings immediately and not let this issue languish as it has over the last six months.

Snip~~
...
The American people are served well with a legitimate and thorough impeachment inquiry. I will urge the Judiciary Committee to schedule impeachment hearings immediately and not let this issue languish as it has over the last six months. Only through hearings can we bring begin to correct the abuses of Dick Cheney and the Bush Administration; and, if it is determined in these hearings that Vice President Cheney has committed High Crimes and Misdemeanors, he should be impeached and removed from office.
