What was the point of the ATS "revolution"?

What did this "revolution" do for ATS? Was this just a huge hype up for that party in NY??

I haven't seen any ATS announcement on anything new, so what was the big deal??

I'll second that.. All I could think about the last few weeks is Remember. Remember the 5th of November. It has drove me insane, and I would much like to know what it was all about as well.

Maybe something happened on the 5th which we will not see the effects of for some time?

I saw it as an official introduction of ATS to the mainstream media, and an opportunity to present their long-term vision of creating a "UGC media-web".

I think the forward-thinking concept is cool. And I thought it was awesome to see Belzer captivate an audience with the topic of UFO's.
