If I felt a cop was being unreasonable I would not answer his/her questions. I can promise that.
I would much rather be arrested, have the charges dropped, and then sue. That way, the cop can be taken off the force, and the state can learn its
lesson about infringing on citizen's rights.
Someone has to put them in check. Give them an inch, they'll take a mile.
