WHO IS BARACK OBAMA
 - When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocated to Indonesia.
> 4- Obama attended a Muslim school in Jakarta. He also spent two years in
>a Catholic school.
> 5- Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He Is
>quick to point out
> that,'He was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic

> 6- Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it appear that
>Obama's introduction to Islam came
> via his father, and that this influence was, temporary.
> In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya Soon after the

> influence over His son's education.
> 7- Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obama's mother, Ann Dunham,

>Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's presidential candidacy. Please
>forward to everyone you know. The Muslims have said they plan on destroying
>the US from the inside out, what better way to start than at the highest

There are reporters sifting through every candidates past, over and over. Finding something will make a reporter's career, just like in Watergate. So
if there was something there, they wouldn't be sending it out to strangers on the internet.
These are facts, presented in such a way, and with just a touch of paranoia, that they are meant to cause people to vote for, I would think, Hillary.
It sounds like the sort of tactic her camp would use.

This article assumes that because he is Muslim he inherently wishes to destroy America.
It is the same as saying that he tries to hide the fact that he is an African American - so everybody keep your eye on him and keep your cars locked
up!
This is the biggest piece of trash I have ever seen. It is amazing the lengths people will go through to smear someone who is doing well.
Gimme a break.

No, its true and I for one do not want a Muslim as president in the current climate.
Whats funny is how quick the MSM points out the Romney is a Mormon and continue to pounce on this fact like the people will not accept it yet fail to
do any of the same reporting regarding Obama and his Muslim background. Sad, just sad.

ARE YOU SERIOUS!? How is this true!? Where is the proof? Are we to assume, that because Obama had some Muslim influence in his life that he is
naturally a terrorist?!
That is pure racism. The Romney thing is different. It is news because his faith is off the beaten path. People can make up their own minds about
how they feel about it.
By creating a bunch of lies and then loosely associating Obama with terrorism is a dirty trick and nothing more.

There have been several threads regarding this on ATS. Partisans will spit venom at each other for a while. Then someone (me this time) will go to a
simple site like Snopes and VOILA! it is uncovered to be a hoax.
The internets are a wonderful thing. So much information so easy to find!
Obs out

About.com has a bit on urban legends concerning this hoax as well.
Obama's father is from the Luo tribe, most of whom are Christians, though it has been said he became an atheist during his college years.

What do you mean how is this true?
Its common knowledge that he was raised a Muslim.
Are we to assume, that because Obama had some Muslim influence in his life that he is naturally a terrorist?!
No, and I never mentioned anything about him being a terrorist.
Although, I believe regarding foreign policy that he might not have the best interest of the U.S. at heart when dealing with the middle east.
 That is pure racism.
How can you be racist against a religion?
The Romney thing is different. It is news because his faith is off the beaten path. People can make up their own minds about how they feel
about it.
Right, its different when it comes to Romney.
And Obama's Muslim religion is not off the beaten path. If anything, Obama's religion is way more beaten than Romney's.
associating Obama with terrorism is a dirty trick and nothing more.

Again, nothing about terrorism was mentioned. This is your own thoughts getting in the way of what was actually written.

All of you 'Obama is not a Muslim' people are wrong. Just because he now says he is a Christian does not make it so.

Can you read?
Take this for example:
Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's presidential candidacy. Please
>forward to everyone you know. The Muslims have said they plan on destroying
>the US from the inside out, what better way to start than at the highest
Surely you don't think its right to base the actions of a few Muslims as the representative of the whole?
What happened to America the free? Free of persecution regardless of color or creed?
It's just a very ignorant statement to say the least.

Barack Hussein Obama. Was he a Muslim? For some portions of his childhood he did participate in Islamic practices such as attending prayer at a local
mosque. Read Daniel Pipe's article on this story.
"Obama was not a regular practicing Muslim when he was in Indonesia" – implying he was an irregularly practicing Muslim.
"Obama occasionally followed his stepfather to the mosque for Friday prayers, a few neighbors said" – confirming that he did pray in the mosque.
"Obama's 3rd-grade teacher at the Catholic school, who lived near the family [said that] ‘Rarely, Barry went to the mosque with Lolo'" –
confirming that Obama attended mosque services.

He's not currently a Muslim, but it's not false to say that he practiced Islam in the past. He definately has a Muslim name. (Barack Hussein
Obama)

Want to know the dirt on Obama? Check this out( www.suntimes.com...) "So how did he become a
churchgoer?
It began in 1985, when he came to Chicago as a $13,000-a-year community organizer, working with a number of African-American churches in the Roseland,
West Pullman and Altgeld Gardens neighborhoods that were trying to deal with the devastation caused by shuttered steel plants.
I started working with both the ministers and the lay people in these churches on issues like creating job-training programs, or after-school programs
for youth, or making sure that city services were fairly allocated to underserved communities, (he says). And it was in those places where I think
what had been more of an intellectual view of religion deepened".
Doesn't he seem like a dyed-in-the-wool Muslim radical to you? Can't fool me!

I can now say I'm up on today's topics by seeing conspiracy
videos on YouTube.
What does that tell us about information lock up.
Message boards can't do it all, but youtube actually telling us something.
Let see, some best chances of me being aware of things the last 20 years:
Bob Hope and Jay Leo with their topical jokes.
www.cfr.org...
Council on Foreign Relations
or
www.vote-smart.org...
Foreign Relations Committee
The CFR may be secret... membership of Cheney unknown until
he disclosed it in a speech... ?
Is the CFR a secret foreign influence lobby.

A government paid 'smoother' of the situation.
Back in the troubled times of Germany there were a few good social
speakers.
A good no speaker is good too, I think now its time to go back to
the talker stage.
Clinton could really talk and say nothing at all, the best kind.
Knuckle head for president... cause thats what we get.
JFK had the talk and charisma but went against the grain of the
model modern President.

There is another thread about this right now and there have been others in the past, so I won't repeat what I've already said. Dbates, I don't
think following his stepfather to the mosque a few times (you use the word "rarely") when he was eight makes him a practicing Muslim. Not that it
matters to me; there's no reason why a Muslim can't run for office. Obama is a Christian now. Here is a link to his speech on religion and
politics delivered June 28, 2006:
Call to Renewal
