Wow! Ron Paul wins GOP Debate

www.usadaily.com

Fox then presented a less than credible focus group that had almost all participants claiming Paul was the loser. Gauging the actual crowd applause, Paul was the winner, although it remains to be seen if that will translate into a victory in the state.

So does anyone find it strange that the "Focus Group" for the fox news debate all thought that Ron Paul was the loser and yet the text votes have Ron Paul as the winner at 38% with the next closest candidate Thompson at 17%. PS.. I have not made up my mind about who I will support yet... I just want a fair debate... Good luck finding the online poll on fox..

Congrats Mr. Paul ... but did everyone see how quickly they downplayed the fact that he won the debate? One of the broadcasters even said that any of these candidates could win ... except Paul ... c'mon how blantantly biased can the media be? Even when the man does extremely well they treat him like a pariah.

So? lol, what's the surprise? Not one of those other candidates can touch him on the issues. That's why he should be President. But no, so many others want to send superficial, no substance puppets up there, and it just sucks. Have it your way America. Burger King fast food instead of a real meal.

Were all of you watching the same thing I was???
Ron Paul came across as a kook. He recieved scorn and deserved ridicule for his off the cuff irresponsible foreign policy answers.
He couldn't even stand with his supporters, telling them if they cared about him they wouldn't act so crazy with all the stupid 911 conspiracy garbage.
A bunch of nutty supporters screaming as loud as they could does not constitute a win.

Pretty ironic to be posting that on a conspiracy website. Don't ya think?

Edit to add:
Ahhh, but one quick glance at your profile and the posts you've made here spell it out pretty clear why you're here.

Check the registration date there, True. Poster probably signed up just to make that post. The heat is on, and there's a rat in the kitchen! Whatcha gonna do!

Ron Paul gonna fix that rat, that's what he's gonna do.

The conspiracy here is the ongoing attempt by the MSM to subvert the will of the people.

UB40 Rat in the Kitchen

edit: Ah, I see you are on to the game.

LMFAO
You supporters are creating your own conspiracy.
Denial...that he is a racist
apologetic....of his past
excuses...that he is still electable
smokescreen...... claiming voter fraud
false elevation of prominance.....stacking meaningless online polls and text message polls

I'm not a supporter of Ron Paul.

I'm a supporter of free and open elections.

I'm more interested in the future of this country than the smear campaigns of the present.

i haven't completely thrown myself behind ron paul. i actually think we have a few viable candidates this time around. problem is we won't see any of the good ones get to office, at least that's my fear. in any case, paul has some good ideas and some crazy ones. overall he's a solid guy that deserves respect and i'd take him over any of the "mainstream" candidates. go peddle your trash talk somewhere else. creating an account just to troll is against the ToS.

Well he sounded here like he has no idea what he is even talking about...

He sounds VERY un-presidential and my favorite part is where he claims to have not heard.. hahahahahahahahaha

He answers the question using references that did not occur..

HUH?

go back and watch the rest of his responses though. you'll see that this was an isolated blunder.

I was AT the debates.. It was in my home town and I got a free pass due to my position..

I did NOT see it as ISOLATED at all...

I though he sounded foolish and out of touch the entire debate...

Unfortunately so did the candidate I was thinking of backing...

actually i now that i think about it, the clips i saw did cut off the question on one or two. the rest had the question and response and i thought he gave some pretty good responses.

Semper,

Wow you were at the debate? Cool..
did you watch the replays later?

Did you notice how Fox Chopped up the replay, removing some of Ron Paul's best responses? Especially where he lit into Carl Cameron for asking stupid questions.

Not sure who you are supporting..But I noticed Paul made McCain look like a total idiot..and Huckabee, and Romney. It was a beautiful thing.

Ron Paul against the Neo-con mafia..and Fox news..
And he kicked all of their butts!
Whipped by a 72 year old man..LOL

I saw it somewhat differently...

Yeah being there was historic and I felt honored..

I saw Huckabee as a clear winner, head and shoulders above the crowd.. (Not my candidate by the way)

Romney, the one I lean towards, was very very disappointing and McCain was flat on his face...

Rudy held his own very well as did Thompson..

I, and many with me, saw this as a death knell for Paul. He was off point numerous times and what is it with using the "I can't hear" as an excuse? I felt his answers lacked conviction and substance...

Many with me felt the same, just that he was very disingenuous.

Wow

It's interesting how the same scene can be interpreted differently.

although, disingenuous is one word could never see being tagged to Ron Paul.
Perhaps the world has forgotten what genuine looks like?

I find it amazing, some of trivial crap that people pay attention to, trying to dig up something, ANYTHING, to put down Ron Paul. I just don't get it. Instead of going to his site and reading his literature, and then going and looking up historically why he has come to the conclusions he has about our system, why it is broken, and what it's going to take to fix it, they just want to keep digging up trivial meaningless CRAP.

Find me ONE single candidate that has the voting track record Ron Paul does (something that, uhhhh, MATTERS.) No one but no one can match his record in Congress. Notice that Paul appeals to people who HAVE done the research.

I am sorry he makes the other candidates look so helpless in debates, if he did that to your candidate. But maybe its time you really gave Paul a hard look. Most people are so far removed from what Paul talks about, that he is over their heads. Congratulations to you that arrived at the same place Ron is coming from.

Semp, your posts in here kinda confuse me a bit. Doesn't seem to be the semp I used to know.
