Compared to the "relations" with the Muslims states which are filled with terrorists and suicide bombers? Who would want to have associations with
a nation full or illiterate brainwashed terrorists ? Nobody would want to be seen associating with these kind of people unless they needed something
from them.
Maybe the Muslims have been used by the US like that by the US because they were gullible and thus they think that behavior pertains to more civilized
people also? Sorry but that is not the case. Any and all relations with the US and Israel have moral implications and a certain shared sense of mutual
values when we have relations with like minded states. In dealing withe the barbarian Islamic states like Pakistan, SAudi Arabia etc where we have to
deal with the 'dictator of the day', we are bound to prioritize our goals as we cant delude ourselves that we have anything in common with these
savages.
Thus if you study our relations with countries like Israel, Uk, Japan etc, the US has always protected its allies and works in their interests of all
those share its values.
