Hi I just tried to declare and ats gave me a null webpage and I am trying to declare now but its saying I already declared.
But when I click my profile or check the campaign 2007 my declaration doesn't show up.
I spent a good deal of time writing out my response and now its gone? What gives?

i think its because the Opening for people to declare them selves closed
at 12 est or something

It was 12 PST and I did it a few hours before that time anyway.
