Bush should Veto Torture Bill: McCain

McCain voted against the bill, which would restrict the CIA to using only the 19 interrogation techniques listed in the Army field manual.

His vote was controversial because the manual prohibits waterboarding — a simulated drowning technique that McCain also opposes — yet McCain doesn't want the CIA bound by the manual and its prohibitions.

Hmmm....Evidently someone forgot to pass on the memo to idiot successor to The Decider, that even the Chief of the CIA admitted that waterboarding WAS ILLEGAL. McInsane just gets nuttier by the day. If he makes it into the president's chair, the entire planet is screwed.

I'm still trying to decide which side of the fence McCain is on.

Is he for? Is he against?

I hear ya bigbert.

I think McCain is like Humpty Dumpty and needs to be pushed off the fence. I don't think he even knows what he believes. I give the guy props for being a POW and surviving, but I think his captivity makes him have harbored emotional issues that should not be allowed into the White House.
