Think-tank calls for United States of Great Lakes

A report from a prestigious U.S. think-tank released Sunday argues that Canada and the U.S. should work together with the aim of creating a common market for commerce and labour by 2030 for the states and provinces in the Great Lakes basin.

Looks like they want to have NAFTA #2 North of the Border. It is suggested to get started by 2010. Sounds to me like another piece of the NAU puzzle. But that's just my thought. Anyone else care to share?
