I wasted my vote (so they say) and went green
I think we need more partys to help the world
not blow it up.

I voted. I would've voted sooner but I didn't even see that I had a U2U message.

I think the results will be fair, it doesn't seem like the people here are from one specific group.

WHAT?!

Less than 1,000 VOTES!!!

I recieved an u2u re requesting people to vote...

Hmmm, I guess the problem hasn't changed.

Even if this isn't a real vote, the results could reflect a better image of how we would. Could be useful info later after the real thing, but I doubt enough people will vote then either...

LAST CHANCE TO VOTE Due to low voter turn out the ATS election will be terminated at 6:00 PM EST this evening. Everyone who wants to vote has seemingly voted... and the results will be posted later today. Last chance: www.abovetopsecret.com...

That was fun! Can I vote again?

If people don't want their votes, can I have them?

One of my favorite sayings about voting:
It's not how the votes are cast, it's how the votes are counted.

I suppose the real election will have a small voter turnout also. I swear that one year I am going to quit talking about it and really make a sign to put in my yard. It would say something like this:

DON"T VOTE
LET ME MAKE ALL
THE DECISIONS
CONCERNING YOUR LIFE
- AND THAT OF
YOUR FAMILY.

I have noticed that around here in Ohio, those who do not vote are usually the first to complain.

heh Heh Too funny.

Im actually surprised that Bush got as many votes as he did on ATS. The spread in the forums was not surprising IMHO. I had expected based on the discussions etc, that Kerry would get at least 75% of the vote. That being said, low turnouts tend to favor conservatives. If everyone had voted I think the 75/25 split would have been more apparent. I am surprised that the Libertarian party did not get as many posts as they did. Their contingent here on ATS are articulate and well versed and I have no doubts they converted a few.
