Sentence and paragraph separation problems

After clicking on the "REPLY TO" button and typing out my reply, my sentences and paragraphs are all ran together into one paragraph when I click the preview post and Post reply buttons... why? This problem started after copying and pasting from a PDF document. Strange, it's not doing it in...
